Yap Books is an exciting new way for children to learn how to read and enjoy books with voice animation. Children are now able to bring their stories to life as they read, triggering sounds, animations, and more with their voice making children’s storytime better with every word.

Our stories and learning resources are carefully planned and written by our team of teachers. Each focusing on a wide range of key learning & development skills. With a range of child-friendly characters and interactive resources, learning is kept fun and engaging to help children develop their reading quicker.

Writing is a key skill for life which has been integrated within our app. With Yap story Creator, children can create their own magical voice-animated books and then bring them to life with their voice. Encouraging children to write stories, helps to build a better understanding of language and literacy, and helps to promote creative thinking. Using a wide range of animation tools, children can then start bringing their imagination to life and learn the fundamental skills of digital creativity, from a very early age.

Yap® Classroom enables seamless connectivity from classrooms to homes, ensuring all children are supported inside and outside of the classroom. Allowing teachers to remotely monitor children’s reading progress ensures that every child can receive tailored support for each step of the way. Remote, smart assessment technology allows a teacher to see each individual pupil in one online area, allowing them to keep track of reading activity and development. This ensures that every reader is reaching their learning goals and not falling behind without going unnoticed.
